Your never supposed to say hello to a google bot. Their purposely sent to website to gather continuous information so that when searching, it's easier to find.

Whoever "spams" or even mentions the Google Bot is usually responsible.

No, mentioning it does nothing. It'll just continue to do it's job.

No, mentioning it does nothing. It'll just continue to do it's job.

Wrong. Most bots used in websites are self-automated. They only work when doing it's job. Making a topic saying "Epic W1n" to a GoogleBot means that it's spam. Most Bots are setted to "ignore-spam" which makes it leave. This topic is a waste of time.
